Wierzbowa Business Centre is situated in the heart of Warsaw centre, at 9/11 Wierzbowa Street by the Theatre Square. This street is one of the oldest in Warsaw, and the whole neighborhood is famous for its enchanting pre-war architecture, which creates a unique atmosphere. In close vicinity are Bankowy Square, Piłsudski Square, Krakowskie Przedmieście and the Old Town.

Opposite of our offices is a huge public car park, which is an unusual facility in the centre of Warsaw. Another benefit of this location is the array of restaurants serving intercontinental cuisine and the proximity of luxurious hotels and the beautiful Saski Park.

The nearby Bankowy Square is known for the excellent public transportation route. There is a multitude of buses and trams that stops and an underground station. It takes about 20 minutes to reach the International Frederic Chopin Airport and only 5 minutes to reach the Central Railway Station.

Wierzbowa Business Centre is situated in a renovated historical building from 1819, designed by a contemporary architect Christian Piotr Aigner for a merchant Jan Pestykus. On Wierzbowa Street, only this late classical building and the Grand Theatre are of true historical value.

The entrance to the building is through an ornamental glass gate. Our office floor can be reached by a modern lift. The whole building is protected by security, 24 hours a day. INOFFICE offices are situated on the third floor. The diverse infrastructure of the floor allows our Tenants to choose from a range of different size offices with various numbers of workstations. Offices are functionally furnished and have a ready to connect IT network. All offices are spacious and equipped with individually controlled air conditioning, and big windows, which guarantee considerable natural lighting of the office space.
