What is a serviced office or an instant office?
This term relates to offices that are ready to move in a very short period of time. They are fully equipped with furniture, and they have a ready IT infrastructure. All you need to do is bring in your computer and start working. Also, apart from the office space, you have the possibility to use equipped modern meeting rooms and a stocked kitchen area. Our INOFFICE team takes care of your office for you to have time for your business.

Do I have to sign the lease agreement for several
Leasing an instant office is a very flexible solution. Our clients are welcome to rent offices for a short period of time, for a few months, as well as for longer terms.

Sometimes I have guests coming to my office. Is there anybody to take care of them?
Our business centres have a reception area where all guests are greeted and professionally taken care of. While they are seated in the guest area, our front desk informs you about their presence.

When I am working outside the office, would your staff take care of my incoming calls?
All the incoming calls can be directed to the front desk. Our multilingual office assistants will answer the call on behalf of your company and forward the message according to your individual instructions.

What happens with my incoming mail in case of my absence in the office?
We take care of your mail when you are outside the office. We accept letters and parcels on your behalf and store them until you are back. If you wish they may be forwarded to another address, or wait on your desk for your arrival. Also, we can manage your outgoing mail accordingly.

Is there a possibility to use your office equipment or the assistance of your staff?
In the reception area you can scan, print or photocopy documents. You can also send and receive faxes. Moreover, our administrative assistants can help you with day to day secretarial work.

Are there meeting rooms in any of your Business Centres?
INOFFICE Business Centres give you the advantage of using meeting rooms on site. You can book the room to make sure it will be available via phone or email. We provide full service of the meeting on your request.

Is there a kitchen area in the vicinity of the offices?
In ever business centre there is an on-site kitchen area. There is a place to sit down and help yourself to a variety of tea, aromatic coffee and fresh water.

Are there any parking places in the vicinity of your Business Centres?
Aurum and Horizon Business Centres have underground car parks where it is possible to lease a parking space exclusively for your company. In front of Wierzbowa Business Centre there is a huge public parking lot.
